Dear MPAHS Supporter:

As the New Year quickly approaches,we are planning our biggest fundraiser of the year to be held on Saturday,February 4:  New York,New York – a festive night of food,raffles and entertainment provided by our talented music students.  Currently we are soliciting donations for raffle items.  If you or someone you know would like to donate a prize or service for our raffle,please contact us.  For your convenience a donation form is attached which can be distributed to potential donors.
We greatly appreciate your support and encourage you to participate in this important fundraiser.  MPAHS will have a supplemental meeting to plan this special event on Tuesday,January 3,2012 at 7pm in the music room.  We welcome all who would like to help.  If you cannot attend our MPAHS meeting,we hope you will save the date and join us February 4,2012 at the Harbor Bay Club.  Please contact us with any questions or to make arrangements to pick up your donation.

What:     MPAHS –Monthly Meetings for 2011-2012

We’re getting ready to kick off the year for the AHS music patrons!   MPAHS supports many aspects of our Music Department at AHS.
Our first meeting is Tuesday,Sept. 13 @ 7pm in the music room.  All music parents are encouraged to attend so they can be part of the behind the scenes action that is critical to our music department’s success.  We’ll be choosing officers,discussing the concert calendar,Heritage Festival trip,our annual fundraiser / talent show,and other events.
